Nihao~ Welcome to Guilin, you’ll be met on arrival at Guilin Liangjiang International airport and transferred to your hotel with private vehicle and your private tour guide.
Suggestions for Your Leisure Time
- The central lakes are highly recommended for a leisure walking. You can view the Sun & Moon Pagodas in the lake, which are brilliant in the evening with light on. By the famous 500-year-old banyan tree, stands the ancient south gate built in Tang Dynasty.
- Popular local pedestrian streets - You can also walk along the Zhengyang Pedestrian Street to the newly renovated East & West Alley at the foot of the ancient wall of Jingjiang Princes Palace in
Today we’ll visit Daxu Ancient Town, one of the four most important trade towns in ancient time, and meet with a local family who still lives here. Then，you'll move on to the local Rice wine workshop. The current owners are the fifth generation running this over 100-year-old workshop. You will visit all the traditional rice wine making processes and get the knowledge of Chinese rice wine making there. Afterwards, our trip continues to Guilin Tea Science and Research Institute which can be found along the newly face-lifted route to Mt.Yao, and really worth visiting. There you will get to know different types of tea, the production process, and enjoy a tea ceremony while sipping small cups of various teas.
In the afternoon, we’ll drive to the Reed Flute Cave which is the fantastic stalactites and stalagmites formation, known as "Natural Art Gallery".

After breakfast, we are going to experience the most exciting core part of the itinerary – River cruise on Li River. We’ll transfer to Zhujiang Pier in the morning. Take a cruise on the Li River and enjoy lunch on board. Arrive at the small town Yangshuo at between 12:30 to 1:00pm. Check in your hotel and free afternoon for your own exploration (perhaps strolling or shopping for some souvenirs along the West Street)

Wake up with fresh air of Yangshuo. Today’s stop is Fuli Ancient Town which is a small and quiet town o 8 kilometers away from Yangshuo, with a mere 1,000-strong population. It has a history of 500 years. Be famous for its traditional paper fans. You will have the opportunity to learn the art of fan making yourself and can take home your final product as a memento. After Lunch you will be transferred to Longji where you can see the spectacular Rice Terraces. It takes about 3.5 to 4 hours. On the way visit the minority tribe – Huangluo Yao Ethnic Village. As your car is requested to stop at the parking lot, you will have to walk for about 30 minutes from the parking lot to your hotel in Ping An village along a flagstone road. Check in your hotel and have a rest. Walk around to take photos and view sunset if weather permits.

Visit the village and rice terraces by walking to No. 1 and No. 2 viewing points, which takes around 2 hours. A leisure walking to Ancient Zhuang Village is highly recommended if you like outdoor activities. Descend to car park and meet your driver and you’ll be transferred to Guilin airport and fly to your next destination.
