Dear Mr. Yang,
Thank you for writing. I enjoyed my trip to China very much. Everything went smoother than I expected. I think the smoothness of the trip was due to the hard work and attentiveness of Alliance Wei. If, or rather, when I return to China again, I will be sure to book everything through her because she does such a great job!
All the guides I met were courteous and polite. They were very friendly and curious about me. They showed a great interest in me and in helping me to see and do what I wanted to see and do.
The hotels were all excellent, and the hotel staffs were all very helpful and friendly, even when they couldn't speak English! Communication was no problem in Shanghai; it was a bit more difficult in Wuyishan. But I had my guides to help me, and the people were really friendly.
The tea expo exceeded my best expectations, and I am thankful to Ally for recommending it to me. And the two guides I had, Jenny and Jia Qi, were both superb.
The last guide I met, Karen, helped me transfer from Hongqiao train station in Shanghai to Pudong Airport Ramada. She was very professional and efficient, and I am thankful for that because I was very tired when I got there.
All of the credit for this excellent experience goes to Alliance Wei. She put together a great experience for me, and I hope to arrange another trip through her again soon.
Sincerely yours,
Donald Hamilton
