Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel at downtown.

Private escorted tour to Temple of Heaven, which was the sacrificial compound building for the Ming and Qing emperors, and it boasts the largest sacrificial place in Beijing among a few imperial altars to Heaven, Earth, the Sun, the Moon super natures. After that, walk across Tiananmen Square, it is arguably claimed as the largest public square in the world. Then we enter the Forbidden City - with over 9,000 rooms and over 250 acres. This large palace building was built between 1406 and 1420, and it served as the home of emperors and their households, as well as the ceremonial and political center of Chinese government. As it is known to all, Peking duck dinner is famous for its crispy lean duck without the usual high fat content, plus plum (or garlic) sauce, scallions and pancakes. The Peking duck dinner at night will make your mouth water.

Temple of Heaven

Setting foot on the Great Wall is a must-do during your Beijing tour as we plan a private escorted trip to Mutianyu Great Wall for you today. The grand Great Wall is really amazing and a good place to challenge yourself physically. Transfer back to downtown in the afternoon and have a pedicab tour to Hutong, namely Beijing’s traditional alleyways, represents Beijing's origin, location or history. It is in these gray-tiled long lanes that families play, buy goods, gossip, and connect.

Mutianyu Great Wall

In the morning, you will visit the Summer Palace, the best preserved imperial garden in the world. The landscaped gardens, temples, and pavilions were designed to achieve harmony with nature. It was listed on the World Heritage List by the UNESCO in 1998. After lunch, transfer to take a speed train to Shenyang (5 hours).

Summer Palace

After breakfast, go to the Shenyang Imperial Palace (Gu Gong). It was built between 1625 and 1636 and is the former imperial palace of the early Qing Dynasty. In 2004, it was included in the UNESCO's World Cultural Heritage List as an extension of the Imperial Palaces of the Ming and Qing Dynasties in China. Secondly, visit Zhaoling Mausoleum, a glorious feudalistic emperors' mausoleum, which is the final resting place of the second pioneering emperors of Qing Dynasty, Emperor Taizhong and Empress Xiaoduan. Later, proceed to the former Residence of General Zhang Zuolin, and learn some historic stories about the general Zhang Zuolin.

Take a morning speed train to Jilin (2.5 hours). Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to have lunch. Then go to the Meteorite Museum. In March 1976 a heavy meteorite shower hit the area around Jilin. This shower is reputed to have been thrown from the planet strip between Jupiter and Mars. Local astrologers took action to preserve the 138 pieces of meteorite that now can be seen in this museum. Later, enjoy a leisure time around Century Square at downtown.

After breakfast, visit North Mountain Park to enjoy beautiful scenes there. Transfer to take a speed train to Changchun (45 minutes). After arrival, be met and transferred to have lunch. Later, go to visit the Puppet Emperor’s Palace (Manchukuo Palace). It was the official residence created by the Imperial Japanese Army for China's last emperor Puyi to live in as part of his role as Emperor of the Japanese puppet state of Manchukuo.

In the morning, drive to visit the World Sculpture Park. Covering land area of 92 hectare, it is a modern city sculpture park combining natural hill and water with human scenery. It is where the East and West Civilization of the World, Chinese Tradition and Modern Culture are compromised to embody its permanent theme of Friendship, Peace and Spring. Then go to Bore Buddhist Temple, which is the biggest Buddhist Temple in Changchun and is a perfect example of Buddhist architectural structure. Later, proceed to a village of Korean origin to experience Korean people's life and custom there.

After breakfast, transfer to train station and take a speed train to Harbin (1.5 hours). Pickup service at the train station and have lunch, then visit Harbin Pole Aquarium, where boasts lots of uncommon animals, for example, arctic fox, polar bear, beluga, etc. It has two shows, one is that of the seals which the children could enjoy and the beluga show which is really fascinating for both the adult and young ones.

Harbin Pole Aquarium

After breakfast, visit Siberian Tiger Park, being established in 1996, it boasts about 800 Siberian tigers at all ages, which makes it the largest natural reserve for Siberian tigers in the world. Then pay a visit to St. Sophia Church. It is the largest Orthodox church in Far East and with an elegant Byzantine style, it is 53.25 meters high with a floor area of 721 square meters. Thirdly, wander around Zhongyang Pedestrian Street, which is a rare architectural art corridor as well as one of the longest and biggest pedestrian streets in Asia today. If time permits, you can choose to visit Harbin Jewish Museum (New Jewish Synagogue) or Unit 731 Museum (where was the base of the covert biological and chemical warfare research and development unit of the Japanese army that undertook lethal human experimentation during the Second Sino-Japanese War (1937–1945) and World War II).
