In this tour, you will firstly see the prosperous and modern Shanghai, then fly to the ancient and reserved Luoyang, which has been the capital of thirteen dynasties. Right here you will see the famous Longmen Grottoes, and Shaolin Temple – one birthplace of Chinese martial arts.

4-day Shanghai Luoyang Tour

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Shanghai (no meal)
Arrive at Shanghai. Be met & have city tours to the Bund, Nanjing Road.

Day 2 Shanghai (B, L)
Visit Yu Garden & market, Jade Buddha Temple, Jimao Tower, and Tianzifang old district for free shopping. 

Day 3 Shanghai/ Luoyang (B, L)

Get up early this morning and be transferred to airport for the flight to Luoyang. Arrive at Luoyang, be met and escorted to visit Longmen Grottoes, White Horse Temple.

Day 4 Luoyang departure (B, L)
Drive to visit Shaolin Temple. Then transfer to airport (or proceed to Zhengzhou to fly or take train) and fly to the next destination.
