Day
Arrival in Guilin, you will be picked up at the airport or train station, and transfer to the hotel.

Take a leisurely cruise down Li River to enjoy spectacular natural sceneries, disembark at Yangshuo. After checking into the hotel, it is followed by an excursion to the countryside to see the local farmer’s life and beautiful landscape by either bike or golf-car-like vehicle. Overnight at Yangshuo.

Transfer to take bamboo raft down Yulong River (1.5 hour), and easy hike to the countryside near old town of Yangshuo to see the stunning scenery, rice paddies, water buffalo and local farmer’s life. Afternoon is free for your own exploration.

Drive back to Guilin in the morning, and visit the famous Reed Flute Cave, also called “Natural Arts Gallery”, it is filled with a large number of stalactites, stalagmites and rock formations in weird and wonderful shapes. Walk up the Fubo Hill to have a bird’s eye view of the city, then enjoy a stroll at the central lakes at downtown. Drive to the airport and fly to Chengdu in the late afternoon.

Reed Flute Cave

Go to Panda Breeding and Research Center to see the lovely creatures. This huge institution replicates the natural habitat of the giant panda and is dedicated to preserving and increasing their population so they will not become extinct. Then visit Jinsha Site Museum, which was regarded as the most significant archaeological discovery in the 21st century in China. Later, wander around Jinli Old street to have fun.

Transfer to take a morning flight to Lhasa, the capital of Tibet. Be met and transferred to the hotel. Visit Jokhang Temple, located at the center of the old Lhasa and it is the spiritual center of Tibet with a history over 1,300 years. Wander around Barkhor Street, where is an area of narrow streets located around Jokhang Temple and the most popular devotional circumambulation for pilgrims and locals.

In the morning, excursion to the Potala Palace, which is the landmark of the city, and this stone and wood structured palace consists of the white and red sections. After lunch, go to the Sera Monastery to see the monk debating.

Drive to Shigatse, on the way to visit the Yamdrok Lake, one of the three largest sacred lakes in Tibet, it is surrounded by many snow-capped mountains with breath-taking views. Then proceed to see the Kumbum Stupa at Phalkhor Manstery, a unique monastery housing three schools of Tibetan Buddhism: Sakya, Gelugpa and Gedang. It also features a well-known "Kumbum Stupa", meaning a hundred thousand images. After arrival in Shigatse, check into the hotel.

Yamdrok Lake

Pay a visit to Tashilhunpo Monastery, one of the Six Big Monasteries of Gelugpa (or Yellow Hat Sect) in Tibet. It has been the seat of the Panchen Lama since the Fourth Panchen Lama took charge in the monastery. Then drive back to Lhasa.

Transfer to the train station, and board the train to Xian.

Full day on board, arrive in Xian in the evening. Be met and transferred to the hotel.

A visit to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda which is a less visit spot but with its own unique designs, and Xian Museum to have a glimpse of the ancient glory of Xian. After lunch, transfer to the most famous Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum, which is one of the top attractions in China and famous for its historical significance and uniqueness.

Visit Old City Wall - the most intact ancient Chinese wall in existence. It encircles and protects the ancient part of Xian City. Then watch local shadow play at Gao Courtyard House. Stroll at Muslim district and get close to people's life and customs there. Later, transfer to the airport and fly to Beijing. Be met and transferred to the hotel.

Private escorted tour to Temple of Heaven, which is one of Beijing’s most impressive sites in terms of architecture, color and significance and was used by Emperor to communicate directly with Heaven. Then go through the most famous square in China - Tiananmen Square, the world's largest city center square and the center of Beijing. Then enter the Forbidden City, officially known as the Imperial Palace Museum. It is the supreme model in the development of ancient Chinese palaces, providing insight into the social development of late dynastic China, especially the ritual and court culture.

Temple of Heaven

After breakfast, drive to the Mutianyu Great Wall, a World Cultural Heritage Site. This less-crowded section of the Great Wall is about 2.5 hours' drive from downtown Beijing. Then have a photo stop at Bird’s Nest and Water Cube which were the main stadiums for 2008 Olympic Games.
